Hi, my name is Karlee and I’m the mama of Moxie Mind.

I created this space because I want you to know there’s an entire life waiting for you on the other side of calorie counting and crazy workouts. It’s sunny and 75 here: no restriction, no shame, no BS rules.

I created this space because I know you are worth more than a number on the scale, a tracker on your wrist, or the pant size you wear. Moxie Mind exists because you are already wonderful, but you might need some help seeing it. I don’t know you, but I know that you are enough.

We’ll talk about your journey with food here, about your relationship with your body and yourself, and about yoga and the ways you move. This is a place of inclusivity, where EVERYbody is welcome, and where we help each other see sameness despite ages, abilities, genders, shapes, and ethnicities. I’m not saying I’ll never mess it up, because I will, but we’re all in this thing together. And I hope you’ll join me.
